What's the difference between you and other cleaning services?Pristine Cleaning of Austin is locally owned by Kasey Calderon, a West Texas Native who understand the fast paced lifestyle that so many Austinites live and work in. They understand the impact of opportunity cost and want their clients to always see and feel the value that Pristine provides with every cleaning. Along with Kasey's vision, our personable staff and will go above and beyond to ensure exceptional service guaranteed or your money back!

How do I know I can trust the people you send?Our staff undergoes an extensive screening and interview process and we do conduct background checks on all employees to ensure we have the right people working for us and for you.

Do I have to sign a contract?Contracts are not required for one time cleans. For recurring service it is however recommended because we do offer discounted rates depending on the frequency of your needs.

Does someone need to be present during the service?Absolutely not. We will coordinate with you prior to your appointment to make sure our staff is able to perform services with or without you being there.

What time do services arrive?Services can begin as early or late as needed. We understand that things and visitors can come up last minute. Let us help prepare your home for the small surprises in life.

What if something is damaged during the service?We are insured and bonded up to $1MM and so are your personal items. Should anything become damaged please let us know as soon as possible so we can rectify the situation immediately. Proof of ownership will be required for some items.

Do you offer gift certificates?Yes! If you'd like to purchase a gift certificate you can do so by contacting us directly on home page contact form.

Should I tip my cleaner?Tipping is absolutely not required as we pay our staff a competitive rate. If you feel you had exceptional service and would like to tip your cleaner, that is highly appreciated but at your own discretion.
